This is going to be the final update about where I'm at in raising support before I head out to Kona. I will be continuing to update while I'm there, but the next few days are absolute chaos so I won't have a chance to get on and post anything.
First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who has kept me in their prayers over the past 4 months since this whole process began. Crazyness. It's been so awesome to see God completely take control over the adventure! I am so greatful to have so many people in my life that care about me and have been praying for me. It is truly amazing to think about the support that I've been given!
I also want to thank everyone that has donated financially in order to make this happen. When I first got accepted I didn't realize exactly how much money was needed. I knew the number, but didn't really grasp how much it would actually be that would have to come in. It has been truly amazing to see the money come in from the craziest places. It has also been so comforting to see God comfort me in the times of stress and chaos by having a check or word of encouragement come in at the exact moment that I needed it most. Thank you so much for all of your support!
I am almost there on the funding! I've had about $7,300 come in so far! I'm shooting for $9,000. Please continue to pray that funds will come in and that I will be fully funded! If you would like to support me you can still send cash or a check to my house and it will get into my account. It's so close! You know you want to be the one to put me over my goal ;)
